Ingredients for orange punch

250 ml water
1 pouch of black tea
1 pieces of cinnamon bark
3 pieces of cloves
100 g caster sugar
300 ml orange juice
25 cl SPITZ Inländerrum
50 cl white wine

 

Ingredients for Fiaker

1 big mocha
SPITZ Inländerrum 
 whipped cream
1 cocktail cherry

Viennese Fiaker Orange Punch

Speciality from Vienna

Preparation
  1. Cook up water and let the tea brew with spices for 5 minutes (spices in sieves). Take out tea and spices from water. Stir sugar and and let it break up. Work in juice, Inländerrum and wine and heat it at 90°C. Serve it with a slice of orange and a cinnamon quill.
  2. Taste big mocha with Inländerrum. Afterwards, cover with whipped cream and decorate with a cocktail cherry.
