Ingredients

8 cl Spitz apple juice
1.5 cl Spitz Barbara syrup
1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 cl soda
Mint

Minty Barbara

A non-alcoholic summer cocktail with lemon and fresh mint

Preparation

Shake the mint vigorously over ice. Add all of the ingredients apart from the soda and shake vigorously again. Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top up with soda.
