Ingredients for the dough

10 g yeast
160 ml milk
1 Stk yolk
140 g plain flour
1 pinch of salt
10 g vanilla sugar
Slice of lemons
 1 cl SPITZ Inländerrum
1 Piece egg white
20 g caster sugar

Special Viennese dessert

Preparation
  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and knead it with some flour together to a semiliquid dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Afterwards, add the remaining flour, egg yolk, salt, vanilla sugar and a lemon peel to the yeast mass and work it to a smooth dough.
  2. Now mix the egg white with sugar until it gets a beaten egg white and fold it under the mass. Let it rest for another 15 minutes.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and give some dought with a big spoon into the pan and bake it golden-yellow on both sides (circular). Then scramble plum jam with Inländerruhm and set together two "Dalken".
  4. Serve it with sour cream and powdered sugar and enjoy it hot.

 

 

TIPP:

It's very delicious with berries and ice cream in summer.
