250 g plain flour
20 ml oil
1 pinch of salt
100 ml water
1 egg

 

Ingredients for the filling

750 g pears
100 g hacked walnuts
20 g vanilla sugar
3 cl SPITZ Inländerrum
40 g bread crumbs
20 g butter

Special Viennese dessert

Preparation
  1. Make flour with an egg, lukewarm water and a pinch of sal into a smooth dough. Dab it with oil and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel pears and free it from the core for the filling. Afterwards, cut the pears into thin slices. Roast butter with bread crumgs in a pan and leave it to cool down. Now mix the pears with bread Crumbs, vanilla sugar, Inländerrum and hacked walnuts.
  3. Turn the dough in flour and roll it out on a moist Cloth. Afterwards, prepare the dough which should be very thin. Cut the dough into squares (20 cm) and allocate it with the filling. Coat the corners with melted butter and fold the filled squares. Dab the bags mit butter and bake it golden in the oven for 15 minutes (air circulation, 180°C).
