5 cl Spitz Vodka Samovar White
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl Spitz Barbara syrup
2 cl lime cordial
10 basil leaves
8 cl Spitz ice blossom sparkling wine

Barbara on the Wave

An aromatic blend of strawberry, rhubarb, basil and ice blossom sparkling wine


Shake the basil leaves over ice. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the sparkling wine and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling wine.
