In 12 to 18 months, we offer you the opportunity to gather your first impressions and experience in a wide array of commercial areas.     Michaela<\/strong> started her career as a trainee at Spitz after completing her master’s degree in biotechnology and environmental technology. During this time, she completed several projects, including some in logistics and in production. After finishing the trainee programme, Michaela and we agreed for her to continue on in the capacity of quality assurance coordinator<\/strong> in the beverages division.<\/div>\n

    In this role, she shares responsibility with the beverages team for implementing all of the applicable quality norms.     Christian<\/strong> also came to us as a trainee after finishing his studies in environmental and bioresource management. During the trainee programme, Christian was already convinced that he wanted to pursue further development with us in the central quality assurance area. Since then, he has diligently pursued this path. Today, Christian has a leadership role, heading our central department for integrated management systems<\/strong> \u2013 QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety, Health) and with his team, he is responsible for setting and putting into practice the company strategy for quality and environmental management, as well as workplace health and safety.<\/p>\n\t\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”custom-row gap-topbottom-100 gap-mobile-topbottom-80″][vc_column][vc_row_inner el_class=”switch-mobile”][vc_column_inner el_class=”text-col-left gap-mobile-bottom-70″ width=”1\/2″]

    Gerold<\/strong>‘s career at Spitz also began with a traineeship. After projects in logistics, purchasing, confectionery and baked goods and beverage production, his last area of responsibility in the trainee programme brought him to Marketing. Directly afterwards, he took on the role of brand manager.
