The regular maintenance and upkeep of our technologically complex production facilities, as well as the other company buildings, require energetic technicians. Equipped with profound technical expertise, they are quite literally tasked with keeping the production running.
Facilities - keep our production running
The tasks of our facilities team are as diverse as our products and production facilities. Depending on the field, they might work during the day or other shifts, in confectionery and baked goods, sweet and savoury, beverages or in the central laboratory.
Our metal and mechanical engineers are experts on production facilities of their respective specialties, and take on the responsibilities of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on site. Their varied tasks also include implementing optimisation projects, contributing to continuous improvement processes, and helping with bringing new installations online.
The professional competence of our electrical engineers is needed first and foremost during the planning, installation, maintenance and repair of electric and electronic components. Their work is therefore essential for the construction of production plants and machines. They are also responsible for preparing the go-live of new facilities, identifying and resolving malfunctions and adjusting and calibrating measurement and control devices.
