Production - provide consumers with high-quality food products
Whether in the can filling plant, at the waffle ovens or on the jam line – everywhere, production employees are tasked with operating, controlling and monitoring our production facilities and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Our passion for food forms the basis of our high-quality products, which make their way onto the plates of numerous consumers, whether through grocery stores or restaurants.

Our employees
Sadina has been at Spitz for over 25 years, and is now responsible for the preparation of confectionery and baked goods as a shift leader. Sadina’s contributions have involved many innovative products, using technically challenging machines, and supporting new team members.
Having started as a production employee at Spitz, shift leader Edis and his team of 25 ensure every day that enough sliced bread, coconut kisses, jelly rolls, and cakes roll out.
