The role of brand & product manager at Spitz includes coordinating media campaigns, planning product launches, visiting trade conventions and working on sales and presentation materials. Ensuring that new products and innovations match their target groups is also part of the job.
Product and portfolio managers at Spitz are responsible for market monitoring and research, as well as for (continued) development of the respective product portfolio. Employees in this capacity also function as intermediaries between production and customers.
Key account managers are the go-to partners for our long-term and future customers. Key account managers and back-office workers offer comprehensive customer care. This means being available for open communication from the first enquiry to delivery. Sales workers also draft new products inspired by customers’ ideas, bringing product innovations to market.

Melanie works as a sales manager in confectionery and baked goods at Spitz. In addition to her responsibilities leading a team of key account managers and back-office employees, she oversees the successful sale of our products. Using in-depth knowledge of the market and working closely with our customers, the sales team develops ideas for new products that eventually can be found on the shelves of grocery stores.
Thomas works as a product and portfolio manager, constantly developing and expanding a modern, profitable product portfolio. His tasks include market research, project management for new product launches, and innovation management.
Carina is an indispensible part of the sales back-office team in the sweet & savoury area. She began her career at Spitz as an apprentice commercial sales representative. In the back office, Carina is responsible for processing orders, enquiries, customer claims and offers.
