Melanie began her career at Spitz as a Junior Product Manager in the baked goods segment. She was subsequently one of the first Product & Portfolio Managers at Spitz and made significant contributions to the development of this role.

After transferring to sales and several years as a key account manager, Melanie became the first woman to take on the role of Sales Manager of the confectionery and baked goods division in 2020. In addition to her various responsibilities as a leader of key account managers and back office employees, she and her team see to the successful implementation of our sales strategy.
