With more than 25 years in the company, Sadina is one of our longer serving employees. Her journey at Spitz began in confectionery and baked goods, where she worked in the production facility. After some years in this first position with a relatively modest area of responsibility, she moved on after some continued training to become a plant operator for a continuously increasing number of waffle lines. In-house training programmes made it possible to expand her field of responsibility to include production-concurrent quality control.

Today, Sadina is a shift leader. She coordinates a team of 27 employees and is responsible for keeping the production of multiple production facilities running smoothly in shifts.
