Auer-Blaschke GmbH & Co KG

The name Auer has been synonymous with the finest wafer specialities since 1920. Today Auer is Austria's wafer specialist and the undisputed market leader in ice cream wafers. Auer wafer products are characterised by the unmistakeable wafer sheet – a tasty accompaniment that simply make life sweeter.

The original Blaschke “Kokoskuppel” or "coconut macaron" was produced for the first time in 1921 by master confectioner Johann Blaschke in Traiskirchen near Vienna. And it is still made today in accordance with the traditional recipe. Blaschke is the undisputed market leader for "Kokoskuppel".

Honigmayr GmbH

Honigmayr is an almost 100-year-old family business with a long tradition in Salzburg. Honigmayr only puts the best honeys in the world into the jar. The best honey is barely good enough. What sounds so easy to take for granted is hard work.

The traditional company puts energy and passion into every jar of honey: Whether classical blossom honey from Austria, aromatic organic forest honey, acacia honey or cream honey - every jar of honey is checked by hand and the quality is verified. This ensures that only the highest quality honey is served at your breakfast table.
